Work with members to develop their memory scenes.
A memory scene, as the name describes, is a particular scene from a member's memory that is important enough for them to want to recreate that scene to the greatest extent they can - which is only restricted by imagination and funding.
This requires understanding their memory scene requirements and then determining what resources will be required to bring this to reality.
Such resources will likely have associatecd costs and therefore you will need to provide an accurate budget to cover the requirements to develop the memory scene.
Working with the member, you will consider many aspects, such as;
* Does the location still exist? Does it need to be recreated? What is required to recreate it? CG? Painted props? Printed props?
* Do we have digital content of the other people's faces in the scene? Do they need to be recreated from some other medium? These faces will need to be superimposed upon the actor's faces.
